Arby's

I'm usually more forgiving to fast food places and I totally understand being understaffed and overworked in a fast pace environment but when you serve a cold french dip and fries that have been thru the fryer at least twice when the restaurant is dead then we got a problem. I've been coming to this particular Arby's for years and know they can do better. I don't what happened that led to this y'all need to tighten up.

I'm always pleasantly surprised by this location. The staff has always been pleasant and my food has been better than I honestly expected. This location has done a great job of keeping the lobby looking fancy and keeping food tasting good. Update: Dine in was available tonight. First time we'd seen it open in a while. Nice to be able to go inside again. Love the Frank Lloyd Wright vibe.

Go somewhere else for lunch. $22.00 for roost beef sandwiches fries n drinks?? I not be going to arbys anymore. Not to mention i ask worker behind the counter for a bag. She ignored n kept walking.
