Arby's

Stopped by tonight to get food from the drive through at 9:10pm. No one would answer the intercom, so we drove around to the window where 3 different people working saw us, and not a single one of them came to the window at all. We were there for about 15 minutes trying to get food and had to leave because of the extremely poor customer service or the complete lack of customer service I should say.

This is usually a very good place. Service is great and the restaurant is clean. I love Arby's food and rarely have a problem with the order. I highly recommend this location. Update.. 06/26/22 What happened? Waited 35 min to order. After 50 min, they STARTED to cook the burgers. Tables are FILTHY. Out of napkins, Arby's sauce and burger sauce. Customers asked to clean their own tables. Roll of toilet paper sitting next to sink for drying your hands. Button on drink fountain hanging by wires. Driver left without picking up the order for delivery. Other customers walking out.
