When I order a simple order and it's repeated back to me I expect it to be right. I was the only one in the drive thru late at night. I order the boneless wings with hot honey sauce. They repeated back Buffalo. I again said no, hot honey. They said it would be 5 minutes I said ok. Guess what I got when I got home. Yup, Buffalo. I also asked for arby sauce and got ranch. Sure glad they are paying these kids $18.00 an hour.
Food was very good and service in the drive-thru was faster than expected. Fries have been good and hot every time!
Very friendly workers, cashier also went around asking how your food was. Unfortunately they screwed up BOTH orders we placed. Sent out wrong kind of wings and sent out wrong kind of turnover even though it was not busy at all?? Nice new restaurant and friendly atmosphere but sending out wrong food is inexcusable? They made it right but still.....
