Arby's

I placed an order with DoorDash at about 7:00 PM. My food was supposed to be to me by 8:00 PM. I got a text at 8 o’clock saying that my order was canceled! I called Arby’s and explain the situation and she said well we’re closed. So I got a little more angry and told her how unprofessional and unacceptable it was that my food got canceled an hour after I ordered it, also the same time it was supposed to be here by. The phone was silent for about five seconds and then she got back on the phone and said were closed. Awful!

It sucked had roast beef sandwich, ordered the crinkle fries tasted like fish they must have one fryer to cook everything in ,fries tasted fishy did not eat them overpriced they raised their prices they used to be good at one time food safety sucks in his restaurants down here now they don't follow no rules health department needs to come in

Doing their best after the hurricane. One of only a few places open and the staff were quick, responsive and friendly. Kudos to them for having a great team!
