From the placement of my order at 5:02 I finally paid at 5:14 and got my order of mozzarella sticks at 5:16 pm. At least the crew member working the window was exceedingly nice. Doesn’t make up for a insanely long wait in the drive thru.
Never fails, friendliest most helpful staff , smiles ear to ear. Why would someone hungry for Arby's would eat anywhere else? They good people go see them :)
Food was OK. Chicken tenders were juicy, but the breading was soggy and falling apart. Paper straws are a waste, especially with shapes, since all you get is paper after a couple minutes. The floors were sticky and the tables were dirty. They were not busy when we walked in, but NO one was wiping the tables down and I had to do it myself. They don't have BBQ sauce and have apparently been out for at least a few days.
