Customer service was excellent and the food was quality and fresh. The store was really clean and the employees were super nice.
I haven't been to Arby's in 20 years for quality issues over the years. Not impressed with the new Wagyu burger at all. They hype it up like it's supposed to be a game changer. So I figured a chance should be given after 2 decades. I watched them make it, it was put together and they put the patty and cheese in the microwave briefly. Before the cheesee went on, it was sat on the dirty cutting board. The lobby was in need of cleaning and stocking as well. I sent these concerns to to corporate and they never responded. $31 for 2 burger meals and a side of cheese sticks is steep, especially for the quality and temperature I received. The only things that are good here are the fried foods. While the burger was edible, it was not juicy or really all that good. In short, the burger was not worth $12.48 a piece. If you can't avoid Arby's stick to the fried foods, they are the most edible.
Had a sale 2 for $6. Good roast beef, but the Subs, Italian, etc. were the best sandwiches they had and they no longer carry them. Bummer! We don't eat there very often any more because those were our favorites! Kid-friendliness: I've seen kids dine in. Parking: Plenty of parking.
