Dallas has it's fare share of restaurants and this Arby's is a definite thumbs up on service. If your in town stop by for fast friendly service. You will not be disappointed ????
Order a wagyu burger with mustard, lettuce, extra onion and extra tomato. This is what I received ????. It went back. (Thought the burger was flamed grilled, but was told they deep fry this delicate piece of meat. No thanks Arby's)
Pulled up a few minutes before 11:00 am they open at 10:00 . Got out went up to the door and it's locked. They have a sign on the window,Dining Room Now Open. So I get back in My truck and decide to go through the drive through and find out why the doors are locked. Get to the drive through and the girl says order when your ready. So I ask how come your doors are locked and is the dining room open. She tells me no it's not because she's the only one there. Well I know I seen a help wanted sign,but it would be nice if they would put a sign out to let customers know the dining room is closed temporarily. There were customer's getting out and going up to the door.. I had to tell him what was going on.. he wasnt happy. Just don't feel that was good customer service.
