Arby's

This is a longer review, but it's mostly for management to get an understanding of their customers' experiences. I was the 1st customer as they opened the doors at 10:00 AM. Pam greeted me. She wasn't friendly, but she wasn't rude, either. I ordered my food and wasn't asked if I was dining in or taking out, so they put my food in a bag instead of on a tray. The reason this is important was because I had too many item to hold in my hands, so I walked two trips to get my food, drink, ketchup (it's self-serve in a little cup, not in packets), napkins, etc. The main reason for a three start is because the dining room is nearly always dirty. Reminder, I was the 1st customer to walk in the dining area this morning, but a few tables had fried food breading crumbs on them, a chair had a used napkin on it, when I walked back and forth threw the area I felt and heard my shoes sticking to the floor, and my table I sat at was ultra sticky. It always seems that by 7:00 p.m. they run out of ingredients and I can't order what I want or they say they can't make it for me for some odd reason. Big bummer when I love Arby's.
