Ordered online via their website. It allowed me to place an order for pick up at 9:15 pm. Arrived and no one is there. Sign on drive thru says temporary hours closed at 9 pm. Can't cancel order so now I have to wait next day to see if they will give a refund for an online order I clearly didn't get. Horrible customer experience. Their own website says they close at 11 pm daily.
They were short handed with the staff but they did everything they could to make all of the customers happy. The sandwiches & fries were fresh and hot, so I left happy.
I tried to order by going into the restaurant as the drive thru was full. The restaurant was locked. I didn't have time to wait in the drive thru, so I had to leave. It's unfortunate that the doors were locked with no signage indicating why you couldn't order inside the restaurant at 2 p.m.
