Arby's

Twice in a row they did not get the orders right. We missed one of the sandwiches last time and this time there is no fries. We even ordered large fries to share with our toddler. And I tried to call them but no one ever answers a phone. I gave up calling them after 10 minutes. I really need to start checking the bags when I get it since these employees cannot even get the simple orders right.

My husband went to get us dinner and the systems were down. This has happened multiple times in the past month. He went inside to speak with management and the manger refused to talk to him. I had called the location 3 times and finally got an answer. The employee hung up on me when I asked who the MOD was. I called back twice and a gentleman answered the phone. I had asked if there was corporate number I could call or a GM I could speak with? He said her name was “Erin” and I later found out it was Kendra. Kendra is very unprofessional. A manager should never teach their employees to lie about something. Therefore how many times have customers been lied to about the systems being down. This location is very beautiful and needs people to run it with care. Being a manager myself we are on stage. This is not ok.

I took a job there... Did not work out aftef the first day... They are saying i was paid YET nothing was direct deposited in my account... The manager has now blocked me! I just want what they owe me!
