Arby's

Absolutely atrocious service. I ordered on Grubhub, and my order took an hour and a half to be delivered. It wasn't the driver's fault either. The driver had to sit and wait while the restaurant dawdled making my order. I ordered nine buffalo chicken sliders, and they only gave me six. Probably the worst Arby's in St. Louis. Save yourself the trouble, and DON'T EAT HERE.

Only the drive-thru is open. The food is absolutely horrible, $20 for two sandwiches two fries and a drink. All smalls. One fries was curly fries the other fries is crinkle fries we did not ask for special on this. Waited too long and line the fries were cold. And the sandwich barely edible. Reason I rarely do fast food.

Just ordered through Grubhub a little while ago for 3 people. It's apparent no one read the order at all in anyway shape or form. Out of the gyro, chicken nuggets, wagyu sandwich (with no lettuce, onions, tomatoes or pickles), mozzarella sticks (they always forget the marinara sauce btw), curly fries, crinkle cut fries, and two orange shakes...care to take a guess what we received? The bag was very light...we received the two shakes, fries, burger...and that's all. Oh, and the burger...wasn't even made correctly as ordered...not even close. Seriously? And two of the 3 main items along with a side item completely missing! Usually when an order is wrong it's maybe a missing order of fries, lettuce or something on our sandwiches that we asked them to leave off, a missing drink...or the consistently missing marinara for the mozzarella sticks....not a side item AND two main menu items AND the one that showed up made completely wrong. Girlfriend did her best to eat the burger (said that once
