Great service! The food came out fast and hot, all of the employees I spoke with were most pleasant, and the manager even gladly honored my request to turn the music down since I was doing some work while enjoying my meal. Will definitely come back here when in the area.
Great food. Good roast beef. Good sauce. And good service. However, the issue with this place is that the hours and whether the place is open is unpredictable and confusing. Sometimes it's closed in the middle of the day on a weekday.
We love Arby’s, every time we have been and caught the drive thru open we have enjoyed our service. Benbrook is full of fast food restaurants however, we feel the team at Arby’s enjoys what they’re doing. They are always full of life and try to make the experience enjoyable and our order is always right. There’s something to be said about that because 9 times out of 10 our order is wrong from other places around Benbrook. We joke and say we wouldn’t care if they got our order wrong because they are so darn nice! If the hours were more consistent we would only spend our money there.
