I really wanted to like this place! BUT - It might be worth the price if they served hot food or just heated the food. But it’s incredibly overpriced for food that should be hot, but is served out of a fridge. The krabcake was VERY greasy - definitely fried. In response: the clear plastic container that the food is served in is not biodegradable. I understand what you’re serving and it’s fine, but not great. It may not be fried, but there’s a lot of oil in it. I’d suggest an in-house microwave or oven to heat the food, preferably with a reusable plate. Otherwise, it’s straight up soggy. It’s good food, it just needs a next step to be a great sustainable, vegan option! Get a toaster for the bread (which is easy to make organically without paying the Dave’s premium), and heat the middle of the sandwich or pasta (whole different story) as an option. Amazing service. The food is outstanding. Fills you up. Fresh juices and kombucha and ginger shots. They have body care items and desserts too! All vegan, organic, and SEASONED!!! No bland food around here! Come grab this food, you won’t regret it.
