Applebee's Grill + Bar

I took my daughter here for her birthday and the experience was not good at all. Some of the food came out not fully done. Burger was still raw & red inside, chicken wasn’t fully cooked. Even my to-go food was cold, some of it looked old and not cooked right, my chicken was so chewy it made me sick to my stomach. I will not be going here again

Maybe it was just at the time when we got there. They were not busy but we did waited for a while before someone came and seated us. Once we got our drinks, there was something in my friend's drink. We waited until our waitress was done socializing with her friends before we were able to flag her down to ask for another cup of water. Our waitress was busy with her friends: sitting, chatting, and eating....later she even laid down on the bench. I'm not sure how to comment on that but very unprofessional. I have been to this location before the pandemic and it was not like this. Thought we give it a try since Key's Cafe was super busy. Won't be back anytime soon, would go to Stillwater location instead. Parking: Not a lot of customers. Easy finding a parking spot. Wheelchair accessibility: Area is wheelchair accessible.

The food was decent and the service was good. Unfortunately we were seated next to a group of spoiled teenagers who lacked in good manners and were throwing food and objects at each other and I was struck in the middle of my back with a chunk of celery sticks! Local Woodbury residents: please teach your children some manners or keep them at home. Thx
