They overcooked my steak, but their staff was very nice and replaced it. The cut of meat is just ok, I would not order steak here in the future because verything else they offered tasted better.
WSP Applebee's has turned the corner. The last several times i have been there. Mari has been our server, SO HAPPY, she is awesome. The rest of the staff also have started to go above and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied.
Great service from the time we entered the restaurant. The host sat us immediately, I was surprised to see a host because some restaurants no longer have them. The wait staff sometimes sit you as well as take your orders. So kiddos for that. Miguel was our server and he was great, greeted us and made sure that we got everything we wanted. He was efficient and we were pleased with his service.
