Applebee's Grill + Bar

Applebee's is typical chain food. Nothing fancy but ok in a pinch. I think that the biggest challenge for the is lack of staff. We were on a time crunch on this trip. The machine on the table to self service was not working and our waitperson had to be tracked down and it was still 10 more minutes before we got our bill Bottom line if you have no place to be then it checks the box for an acceptable chain food meal

I was not satisfied tonight with my order or service. I try to be understanding when the wait is long, however, it took 30 minutes to get a refresher. My drink was wrong, then I spent another hour waiting for my food just for my order to be wrong as well. The waitress did not want to take accountability at first, then later did, just for me to want to leave and pay the bill, and be rudely approached by the manager for not wanting to eat at Apple Bees anymore. Considering I did not want to wait any longer for another meal, and have a pregnant wife, I do not think I was treated respectfully by my waitress and the manager. You can’t blame your customers for your poor service and listening skills.
