Applebee's Grill + Bar

Ordered via DoorDash picked up Asian themed tacos, which are good and they held up pretty well. Due to kids not playing nice on recess, I had to deal with a HR issue and I was not able to eat my takeout snack right away. Not a fan of soggy anything and this was still edible couple hours later.

This Applebee's in Thornton is by far the best one I've ever been to. I rarely review anything unless a business goes above and beyond. Our server, Cheyanne, was extremely attentive and fast, she made sure to check in regularly and refill drinks, and was super kind and helpful. Everything else was much better than the average Applebee's also. Food from the kitchen was tasty, quick and correct, and all drinks from the bar were made well and tasted good. Bathrooms were clean, although men's was missing a mirror and needing to use a code was a bit strange. Overall, very pleased with my experience on Wednesday night, will definitely be back in the future.

Dear Applebee's, Broken Ice Machine happen. However failing to tell your guests when they make their drink selection is completely within your control. Leaving them waiting for ice for their ice tea until after the meal has made it to the table is again not effective service. Finally, leaving the drink on the tab when it was clear it was not consumed due to your ice issues, failing to provide enough ice to properly chill their drink once you do them "some" ice was also your choice. As was charging me for the drink not properly served. Ice tea, should be iced! My server I hope was new, because she attempted to be attentive. She was not. She actually paid greater attention to me as I was wrapping up my meal than during it. To my annoyance I assure you. Being that I arrived before the dinner rush and was celebrating a promotion. You really managed to put a damper on what was supposed to be a special meal. Why was the ice reserved for the bar? Both customers are being charged for their dri
