We went to Applebee's because we were in Stow for a baseball tournament. I ordered the appetizer beef nachos. It was only lukewarm..the hamburger looked like it was cooked yesterday, sat around and nuked today. It was almost black and hard. I can't believe I actually ate it and pd for it. It makes me never want to go back to Applebee's again.

Very poor service. I am traveling for work and sat at the bar to order dinner. I was the only person in the entire bar there. The bartender handed me a menu and I selected my dinner. She never came back. I waited nearly 20 minutes (7:08 to 7:27) to order food. I just ended up leaving. They were not busy at all and the employees were all sitting around talking.
