Applebee's Grill + Bar

The service and food was wonderful. Our Server was a true blessing and everything was hot. I miss going to Applebees. Keep up the blessed work. I just hate that restaurants are so low on staff but either way they did a great job. I will return. Oh, and the drinks were ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

Horrible service. It took almost 45 minutes just to get the appetizers out, everyone at the table besides one person had ordered water, and the other person had ordered a soda and the waiter had brought out half of the peoples drinks and then forgot about the other half of the peoples drinks. we got our appetizers and then waited another 45 minutes for our food to come out and our food came out very slowly, with two peoples foods coming out then 10 minutes later the other two people foods coming out and then they forgot the two kids meals that were supposed to come out, so we had two very very crabby kids because they forgot about the two kids meals. When we asked the server about it she told us that she did not forget despite it being 15 minutes later and everyone else had finished their food and no kids meals The waiter said that the kids meals were done but they didn’t have any fries so we had to wait for the fries to come out with very crabby kids, most of our orders were messed up

Went on a Thursday for lunch. Wow, the staff is excellent. All of them. Especially the hostess or manager, not sure. She had a great big smile. Food was great. My wife and I will be returning soon.
