Applebee's Grill + Bar

My husband and I had lunch here on Friday. We were seated and the waitress came over and took our drink order. It took 10 minutes for the drinks. We gave our order and waited patiently for our food. It took thirty minutes. The girl who took our order was also the bartender. She spent more time at the bar talking with three loud mouth woman. I asked another worker why food was taking so long and she said two cooks called off so the manager was cooking. Our food finally came and it was Luke warm. It seems other workers were working hard and delivering food to guests not the woman we had. She did not get a bug tip. The bus person received the money for his hard work. Will not go back here.

after waiting over 45 mins for our food the food came out cold talking about it just came out , negative! TWO FAMILES CAME IN AFTER WE EVEN ORDERED AND THEY DONE SAT DOWN ORDER AND ATE AND WE STILL SITTING ..it was 3 extra items that was added on to my order that u did not have , the waitress did not ask how he wanted his steak , missing food, it was literally problem after problem. No discount given or anything due to the food being cold , we ordered chip and dip and the dip was hotter than our food.. oh yeaa our appetizer came out late with the food. I will never go back!

Had a Curbside to go Order. Ordered a Chicken Cesar salad among other things. Got home,and it was a different salad entirely. Called and the manager said I have to bring it back. So no refund or credit for another meal. I wasn't going all the way back just to have u remake another salad. Done with this place. Manager needs to be replaced
