Applebee's Grill + Bar

Wish I could put 0 stars. Terrible terrible customer service. Ordered on Uber Eats.. they canceled our order for NO reason. We called them, and they said “oh yeah it’s here on the rack you can come pick it up” so we drive 30 minutes to come get it, get there, and all of a sudden it’s magically no longer there. Manager said oh well and that they are not making our food and to take it up with Uber eats…. Would not have drove all the way there if they didn’t tell us to, they suggested it. Another lady was there as well with similar issues. Bald manager PICKED HIS NOSE a few times right in front of my fiancé and other lady. Disgusting. Do not order from here, they are incompetent

Worst Restaurant Ever!!! Me and my family went here for Dinner and were treated differently then others. They have unprofessional staffs as kids here lounging around on they’re phones while our food was so cold serve to us we were disgusted with the customer service. The young boy that was serving us keep forgetting & messing up our orders and we had to keep repeating ourselves to get our food!!! The food was so cold we were fed up at this point and just wanted to leave we still paid but planning on never going back to this Applebee’s especially this location!!! On top of that the wait was ridiculous.
