The food was great and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone to Check this place out.
A very well known chain in US especially in New York City. A great family place to celebrate birthdays. The staffs are well behaved and very friendly. Their burgers are the most Preferable items as per my personal perspective. The place also serves alcohol on the table as long as there Re no underage on the table. They have a good collection of wine and beer for anytime of the day as well as Margarita for evening snack. Will go back here when I visit NY again after this pandemic.
The food was amazing and so was the waitress that was serving us. The only problem I had was the front lady. the one, that’s in charge of seating. I’m not sure if I’m the only one that has a problem with her. So this is what happened: When we first enter, she told us that there was no booths available at the moment and asked if it’s okay we take a table. Or if we’re willing to wait for a booth. We told her a table will be fine since there’s no booth and it’s getting late. But when we were walking to the table. We saw atleast 3 booths opened with no one using them. we then asked if we can take one. And she told us it’s for “families” (atleast 6 people) which I was confused cause there was 2 people sitting on the other booth that was also for “families”. Not only that but when we got seated. A couple was also seated on the booth next to our table by the same front lady. (A min later when we got seated) we asked if we can get the other booth since there’s one more available. And she told
