Applebee's Grill + Bar

Applebees Ontario Ohio is a scam.Excessively long wait time on getting food both appetizers as well as entrees.And no it was not busy or slammed.Service wasn’t poor is was absolutely void. No silverware or plates after the appetizers brought.Never got any of our all you can eat boneless wings.Refills were impossible to get.Had to flag down a different server to get silverware. After a literal hour we asked for a manager to find out about entrees. And of course as soon as the manager is involved magically food was ready. Too bad that what was ready wasn’t all correct but no surprise there right cause it was probably ready and just never brought out for whatever reason.And dessert was brought out before an entree for some of the people in our party. Food substitutions were made without our knowledge and explained after the hour wait and there’s nothing they could do.There are 8 members in our party and all 8 are equally disgusted with the treatment and experience we received tonight.Not

Service was beyond amazing. Everyone in my group loved their food. Including the appetizers. Small issue with my food and they went above and beyond to fix it. Great experience.
