Applebee's Grill + Bar

The service is horrible. Me being a server I would never treat my guest how we were treated. It took 15 minutes to get greeted, I had to tell the host our server kept walking past us, one time he got on his phone. My food came out 8 minutes after my husbands. We were served 1 dollar margarita each because our server took 20 minuets to come back to the table and check on us and said he could try and put our second round of drinks in but we prob wouldn’t get them because other people had put orders in for them and they were running out. I asked for my salmon well done the middle of it was not done!!!! I would drive all the way to Murfreesboro location before I come back here!!!

I don't know what was worse...the slow service...the lukewarm but overcooked food...or the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant. My parents and I wanted to enjoy a good meal but maybe another time. My dad ordered a steak well done...it was medium rare...my mother and I ordered fish n chips...over fried ????. Our server took forever to check on our table so requesting any corrections to our order was pointless. I would not recommend this location. Try another.

Almost 3hours of waiting... First if you have to wait more than 5min before someone even acknowledges you at the front door, you should just go somewhere else. My party was two couples plus kids. I can't express in words how ridiculous the wait was. The wait to be seated was not bad for the size of our group. But once we were seated, we waited 30min for someone to approach our table before I had to go find the manager and ask. It was another ten minutes before our order was taken. We waited another 35min for them to bring two appetizers. Then another 15min for half of our party's glasses of water. Another 10min for the rest of the drinks. Another 40min for most of the food to be delivered, (after again having to find the manager). One of the meals was wrong, but by the time the meals were received, we just wanted the corrected meal "to go". We had to wait another 25 minutes for the right order to be brought out, (only the corrected burger order was brought out without fries). We asked
