Applebee's Grill + Bar

Not sure about the quality of this place anymore I remember it being really really good and it was always a great experience especially ordering the appetizer sampler. But this last time I went everything was just basic and they didn’t have no more wonton tacos so that was kind of disappointing. Service was OK restaurant was clean there was no parking at all so that was kind of a hassle but besides that I don’t know how to feel about the food. I don’t know if I’ll give it another try maybe if I do it’s going to be ribs nothing else. I did order a Shirley Temple and that was pretty tasty but my food was basic. I ended up going with the cilantro lime chicken bowl and the best thing about it was the rice. Again I won’t be ordering anything else off the menu if I do go back.

Food was fine -seems like the menu has less options than before. Lot of sandwiches burgers and things like that not as many entrees. However the service was fantastic. The server was very helpful and courteous and attentive. The manager went beyond and made sure we were happy with where we were sitting we got us a seat in the bar. You can tell he trains his staff well.

We were greeted by store manager, whom was very polite and kind when we walked in and we were seated and had a very personable waitress, Yessica. She had a bright smile and she was so nice and provided the best customer service experience we have experienced. My husband was indecisive on lemonade options and she brought out the flavors in sample cups so we could try them that was just above and beyond right there. I even decided on the mango lemonade which is delicious! He had the strawberry. We ordered the unlimited wings and myself I had the bourbon chicken & shrimp with mashed potatoes, Alfredo and breadsticks which were a hit! She made sure we had everything we needed without asking and those wings kept coming. She even sent us home with to go lemonades to enjoy later. Her service was impeccable and she was just a joy. We love Applebees but if you get Yessica’s section you’re in for a treat! Definitely a returnee
