Applebee's Grill + Bar

Poor management!!!! Waited at the front entrance for awhile before anyone acknowledged my husband and I ….. When we were finally seated a table of young girls were allowed to sing out loud and yell across the restaurant almost the entire time we were there. Received my frozen margarita almost a hr after ordering it. Once it came out it literally tasted like straight frozen ice, no taste! And the food was horrible….. I then sent the drink back and I ordered a glass of wine that I didn’t get until after we asked for the check! My server a younger guy was nice an apologized knowing himself our service was horrible. First time going to AppleBees in awhile….. Definitely won’t come back to this one…….

Customer Service is crucial for any business but especially in restaurant business/industry. With that being said let me just say the wait staff at this location was absolutely horrible. There wasn't a hostess or greeter at the front so the bartender seated us, we were close to the kitchen area and he asked some of the waitresses, which was about 2 or 3 of them, standing around if they would wait on us. They all said no, so he took our drink order and the food order for the small children with us. This just didn't sit right with me. So, we decided to leave, asked for the check and to speak with the manager. Spoke to the manager, informed her about what happened, she apologized asked if we washed to be relocated to another area. We kindly declined, asked for the check, paid for our drinks and left. I have never experienced anything like this to my face.
