Applebee's Grill + Bar

I visit this Applebee's, Crystal Plump, the manager, be cooking makes it even a better esperience, every year, during my visit. Very good customer service and wait staff. Everyone makes you feel like you're home.

Usually come to this location. Was taking my Fiancé for Fathers Day because I had to work so I was expecting them to be open because the hours said they would be. Pulled up lights were off, tried opening the doors they were locked, called twice no answer. Called the Valparaiso location they said they were open. I live 5 mins away from the Merrillville location and had to travel 15 miles to eat at this restaurant. Mind you I didn’t pull up at 30 minutes before closing time I came a hour and a half before closing time. When we were pulling off we heard the employees open the door and say “Well the doors are already locked” which to me means they knew what was going on. Very disappointing because my family is apart of the Merrillville community and we’ve usually had a good experience at this location.

Food was outstanding! The server was even better. She had a great personality and dud a great job of taking care of my wife and I. We will be back again!
