Applebee's Grill + Bar

I was the only person sitting in the dining area and it took (nearly 40 minutes) forever to get my order. The waiter said they were cleaning the kitchen. I asked if the food was coming, and if not, I could go. He said my order was coming up in 5 minutes. I ordered the blackened Cajun Salmon. When I was finally served my food, the plate was hot, but the salmon was not. The potatoes and veggies were cold. I asked for the Manager. When she came to my table, I told her about the food. I informed her that the temperature of the food was dangerous, and told her my stomach was feeling funny. She offered to re-cook the order over. After about 15 minutes, a waitress brought the plate back. It was so disgusting. They should have been embarrassed to serve food that way. It was evident that the food had been scrapped off the plate and nothing had been re-cooked. The waitress brought me the same plate I had originally eaten from. (See attached photo). I have been to several locations but the Franklin Rd. location is always consistent. The food is good and hot. It comes out in a timely fashion. The servers are always pleasure. The atmosphere is comfortable. This is why I always choose this location.

Rolled in here about 10pm with the family for a late dinner and everything was great. Food was hot and tasty and service was fantastic. Brittany was amazing!
