Haven't been to Applebee's in a while. It was a good change of scenery but as a Vegan it was not a good choice. I had the option of an impossible burger with no cheese (I'm used to that) but bbq sauce or mustard would have been nice to be offered (ketchup was on the table). A salad with better options when you take out the meat would be nice. Overall I made it work, my mother got what she wanted and everything was good. Good environment for family outings and good food.
My family and I go to this Applebee's often. The waitresses are usually very good. Cooking is another story. I love to order their steaks, but Getting those steaks cooked properly is another story. I always ask for medium well steaks. 80 percent of the time if comes to the table barely medium. Good place, but good luck getting your steak cooked properly.
We came at 10:00pm on a Sunday night and they were not busy at all. That is not good for the restaurant, but great for the better service, the food came faster than normal, everything was better.
