Applebee's Grill + Bar

I came to this place a couple of days ago with my grandma to have lunch. We ended up driving across town to Olive Garden because after sitting and waiting for a while we were not given water, a drink order wasn't taken and a server passed by a few times. They even checked on the table next to us. They weren't packed, so there's no excuse. At the very least water needs to be given and patrons need to be acknowledged. Bad service like this causes a company to lose business, as was the case here this time. I went here years ago and it was completely different. I hope I was just there at a bad time with an inattentive staff.

We were a large party and the server was able to do a very good job. We didn't need to ask for drink refills. As always the food was delicious. Parking: Adequate

I've been going to this Applebee's for years. Last night I took my daughter's for dinner. Food was not cooked properly and appetizer was brought out with entree cold. I then mistakingly ordered a bourbon street chicken And shrimp to go for my wife who's pregnant. The shrimp was slimy the chicken was beef jerky and the icing on the cake was this photo attached. The potatoes were still in a plastic bag inside the to go box and the topper of that is the experation date of 5-11 on the bag. Pretty sure it's the law that you are supposed throw out preprepared food in a restaurant after a week. Take into consideration that I went on 6-5-2022. That's almost an entire month nonetheless a week. This place should be shut down.
