I ordered a steak and most of it was gristle. I didn't eat much of it, and the waitress brought the manager who apologized. I thought that was very thoughtful. I was totally shocked when he replaced the entire meal to go. I had not complained. Jamie, the manager of Lakewood's Applebee's. He went above and beyond Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps for the front door, handicapped bathrooms. Tables of correct height and wide aisles.
Took my god daughter on a dinner date for her birthday. She loves Applebee's ❤️ I love the Halloween vibe with their hidden decor in the lamps ???? the wonton tacos are one of my faves!
Great food our waiter was super friendly, and attentive. We came on Sunday night with no issues at all. Highly recommended this location. All our food was great, had the following: steak, penne pasta, and boneless wings.
