Applebee's Grill + Bar

When you walk in a place you expect to get acknowledged then seated right?! Don't expect it here. You might wait about 10 minutes before being seated by one of the people who look so miserable to be working. Also, never expect to see a manager as I'm sure they hide in the kitchen and never come out! I'm ashamed to call this my neighborhood Applebee's. And yet... I'll still go there about 3 to 4 times a year as their food is delicious! I sit by the bar anytime to get a bit better service and I can sit myself there!!! Didn't have to way long. The waiter came to us not long after we sat down. Polite

Good customer service very welcoming!! However After giving a tip in cash - my CC was charged an extra $20 - the waiter changed the number of the total on the receipt # please watch your self at this Applebees ! Hopefully the waiter was talk to about this incident. Other than that the food was fresh.
