Applebee's Grill + Bar

Immediately when we walked in we saw everyone seated with barely even water at their table and that should’ve been our first indicator to leave. All the workers were preoccupied doing nothing and we waited 10 minutes to be seated (no line or others waiting). The waitress was very sweet and the only employee that seemed to be doing their job. We ordered everything at once, two entrees & two adult beverages. It took over 45 minutes to receive our food, and the entrees came out before our drinks. The bartender was on instagram and clearly could careless that there we guests that needed to be served. Our waitress ended up making our drinks. My entree literally looked like dog food and I cannot believe they placed that food in front of me and expected me to eat that. This location definitely needs new management, new guidance, new something!

I was pleasantly surprised with this visit to Applebee's. The server was pleasant and very responsive. The food was okay. I had the appetizer plate which I used as a meal. Considering my last couple visits to other Applebee's locations were less than satisfactory, I walked away very happy from this visit at this location. … More

Placed online order, arrived at an empty restaurant and still had to wait an extra ten minutes past my pick up time. Fully staffed, two diners at a table... Absolutely trash service yet again from this location. It's been three months since ordering here so we tried again for the all you can eat wings. It took 40 minutes for us to get beers and shots and another 20 minutes to get the right beers when they brought out cider. The employees stood around on their phones the entire time we were seated. What happened to customer service?
