The waitress did not check on us. When we could catch her it took 10 minutes or longer to get a response, usually after catching her a second time. The one plate the broccoli already looked chewed. We could not find the waitress and had to get a manager. Then it took the waitress almost 30 minutes to correct our bill.
I used to love going here, but most recently even before the pandemic service is horrible. On to go orders something is always missing, the food is overcooked, particularly steaks, never enough sauce on the pasta or salad dressing. Even worse is the pick-up. If you go inside, the employees don't speak you wait forever for your order then it's wrong. If you do curbside, they take forever to bring the order. It's time to locate another Applebee's or stop going altogether!
