Soup and appetizers took over a half hour to receive after ordering. Then another hour waiting for our entrees. Had to ask twice for a refill of our drinks. Our food took so long we didn't get to leave until almost 2am. The place closes at 1am though. … More
There were 5 of us altogether and we ordered a late lunch. My rib eye steak was not cooked to my liking so I notified our waitress who returned it immediately and i I received a brand new meal perfectly cooked . Shortly after, the manager came to our table, apologized and took my meal off the check. He couldn't have been nicer and it was greatly appreciated!
I don't know how they do it but the food here is always really good, service can be slow sometimes but no longer then a 10 minute wait for food usually. Never had a botched order. Also the margaritas are very famous for a reason, they're amazing.
