Applebee's Grill + Bar

Took about ten or more minutes for anyone to notice my party of two was at the door. There were only two other parties seated. Then it took another ten minutes for the waitress to come out. Another twenty minutes to get drinks. And lastly probably another twenty minutes to get food. The party that was seated after us got everything faster than we did. But the staff was nice and the food was good. This location needs to have their rugs cleaned and a good dusting.

Food was good. I got the new burger , cooked perfectly. Service was good but extremely slow , maybe busy and understaffed to be fair . Drinks were the worst, Super weak and drink maybe once a year, so I don't have much of a tolerance. So stick with the food and maybe a shot when you go , mixed drinks sucked. Absolutely disgusting. “Prime rib dipper” is simple I don’t know how they made it inedible. The only “special requests” were to TOAST the roll and CRISPY fries. First the fries. As you can see, only about 1/3 full. Probably a good thing because they were undercooked, some were raw and so salted and greasy they went right into the garbage. The sandwich roll was barely warm, forget toasted. There was so much sauce, cheese and grease, I gave up about 4 bites in. I even spoke with a person when I called to order to make sure it was done correctly.
