Applebee's Grill + Bar

I just love this place! I grew up coming here with my mom to get their wings and they’re still delicious. My husband and I love to sit at the bar, get a marg and a beer, and get whatever deal that have going for apps and entrees. Phil the bartender is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet, too! Call me a cheap date, but I love this place! :)

I ordered my food. Came to pick up. Gave my name to the hostess and she said she would check on my order. Never came back to even say that my order was not ready while she was standing and eating food while on the job. I asked another hostess to check on my food, she gave me an attitude. Horrible customer service

Food was as expected for a chain restaurant. Overall atmosphere was decent same thing planned on every channel though. Service was subpar we saw our waitress once when we were seated and then once when our food was gone. Never stop back to see if needed refills or anything, we had to flag down a different server.
