Aoa-Chic Cleaning

Had the boneless rib eye at the indoor restaurant. It was pricey but excellent flavor without the accompanying "ok" Bearnaise sauce. During their grand opening, tried their burgers outside and everyone in our party enjoyed them. Again a little pricey but not many places in the area for good steaks and burgers.

Our first visit and it looks like a great, dive place. However, I’ve never waited so long for food! It was ridiculous and I wanted to leave but unfortunately my husband already paid. I would NOT recommend this place especially if you are hungry. You are better off going to Hat Creek! I understood there was a delay and they opened late (which is poor business) because they had to shop. That is not the customers problem, that is horrible business! We will not be back! Ps: we just got the food after an hour and it is HORRIBLE! Also we ordered food on the menu they did not have like watermelon.

I'm having trouble even giving this 3 stars but it is partially my own fault. We went there on a Sunday evening expecting a nice dinner only to find out the main restaurant is closed on Sunday. We ate in what they call their pavilion and were very disappointed. It is strickly serve yourself, burgers only, and outdoors. I wasn't asked how I wanted my burger cooked and it was much more rare than I like, but no one ever came by the table to inquire how our food was. Our beer became warm very quickly because it was served in a plastic cup. Our water also in a plastic cup dripped through our patio table onto our feet. The french fries were soggy. All in all, a bad experience. I hope if we ever do get to eat at their indoor facility it will be much better than this.
