UPDATE 08/05/22: The owner responded to this review offering to make it right and provided their email address. I sent an email to see what kind of solution they had in mind, but I never heard back from them. So, for now, I still have no reason for visiting this place again. Original review: The pizza is normally good but this time it was disappointing. The pizza was very greasy and a bit overdone (see photo). The calazone was small and flat and definitely not worth $14 (plus $0.75 per toppings). The calazone was undercooked and doughey (see photo). It was my favorite pizza in Greenville, but now I'm not so sure I'd recommend it. We paid $66+ for 2 pizzas and a calazone. That's pretty expensive especially for the quality (or lack their of)..
My 7 year old daughter was served raw chicken tonight. She took a bite and this what the inside looked like. Completely raw. The waitress took it back, but didn’t seem concerned. My daughter was offered but didn’t want a replacement meal. They credited my bill for the $5.50 kids meal. That’s it. No manager or anyone came to the table to apologize or make it right. I mean, completely raw chicken that could very well make my daughter sick. I am absolutely appalled.
I was in the mood for pasta this week. We originally planned to go Tuesday but there was a sign out front that stated, no pasta or subs on Tuesday. I didn't want pizza so we came back on Thursday. I can't recommend the lasagna. It tasted like cream cheese and marinara sauce. My husband's fettuccine was cold. He got more hot sauce to add so that heated it but he still didn't like it. The knots were really good. Overall it was a bad experience that we won't repeat. Edit.. the night I went, there was a party of 50 girls from Wren. I hope they are better prepared for their next big party. My sister and niece bragged about the Stromboli they got at our dinner. We couldn't ask for a better server than Hannah. These are the reasons I gave 3 stars.
