Prepare to Smile when you finish your meal. I have returned twice for the lemongrass bowl. I believe the owner will be your bar tender. He is so kind and always has a smile. At Anise, if you do not smile when you finish your meal then please make an appointment with your PCP.
Fantastic Vietnamese family run restaurant. Service was excellent and food was very delicious. Highly recommend this hidden gem in downtown Denver.
Ummm... I feel so gypped by the reviews ???? This place was nice & the service was fine but the food was not tasty at all. Overpriced too, considering you could get better pho at one of the hole-in-the-wall places off of Federal. Broth was so mediocre and they do not give a lot of meatballs/meat in the portion. I'm so concerned about all the good reviews because people really need to try other places before rating it 5 stars ????
