Three of us shared a few pasta dishes, as we were uncertain about our appetites. I hate asking for extra plates, but they were happy to accommodate - the service was excellent, overall. Generous portions and well prepared food. Good for a date night.
This was our first time at Angelos. It definitely won't be our last. Classy vibes and friendly service. Great for a date night. I had the seafood risotto, she had the blackened salmon salad. Both were great and came with delicious homemade bread appetizer.
Definitely check out the food and private dining area before making a reservation for a special dinner. We had reserved the DaVinci room for our reception dinner. The room looked nothing like the pictures did, and it was never mentioned that the room was connected to the kitchen by two doors and that we would have wait staff constantly walking in and out of our room. The kicker was the food. I have never been there and hoping they just had an off night, but the food was very bland. My chicken parm was so dry it was hard to eat. The steaks were paper thin, and the alfredo and spaghetti were super dry also. For $25 a plate for a banquet menu, I was expecting just a bit better on the food side. All in all, their service was about the only thing that stood out. Our waitress was amazing. I had this dinner planned for months and wish they would have been more transparent with us. Was really disappointed in the food.
