Andre's Restaurant/Vintage Lounge Bar

Came for last 2021 dinner. Anticipated to dine in the restaurant but they had it reserved for a private party. We're steered to the lounge. Chill vibe. Ate in the lounge. Food was excellent and ambiance was cool. A must try..

Nice setting next to the water and fountains. Nice spot if you want to grab a beer and relax. Pizza was on par with a frozen store pizza. Sliders and fries were decent Service was friendly but not very attentive.

I have stayed at the Double Tree at Hilton a few times now. This restaurant is attached, the food is always good, but the highlight is always the customer service. It is always top notch. However, today I came down to grab some breakfast and was told they just stopped serving it, which is zero problem. This girl will eat any kind of food. The hostess was so sweet about it and took me to sit in the lounge and provided me with a lunch menu. Then someone came and told me they were going to make me breakfast anyway. The chef then came out and introduced himself and said whatever I would like, he would make. This service and care being shown blew me away! THEN they took care of the bill for me. Are you kidding me?!?! I have not encountered this kind of customer service level in a long time. I felt totally valued and taken care of and I will yell it from the rooftops. Highly recommend if you want a delicious meal and to feel valued and cared for. 5 stars from this gal!
