Never had I have such watery hash brown, a Bennie not on muffin, and only on one toast, the other toast it just blank, the toast taste like they’re made up of sugar and wouldn’t really qualify for toast. It taste overall, like a 1-3 dollar meal, not 17.95.. Well, but you can’t really have high expectations for airport things. Not even hotel. So I guess once u decide ur just here to avoid long lines inside the airport, you’ll be fine lol Service is not bad though.

They didn't have enough staff to serve everyone they were seating, I saw only one waiter. Eventually, I had to get up from the table I was seated at and leave because they didn't have time to come take my order. Recommend they reduce the number of available tables they'll sit to match what they can serve, so that folks don't sit down expecting to be served in a reasonable time frame.

I have been here many times on my short layovers in Chicago, the food is good and the beer is always cold, but this time stood out. When I arrived, the restaurant was packed and I stood for a bit wondering if someone would notice me. After a few minutes I sat myself at the bar and ordered a burger and beer. When I ordered my second beer, the manager Ms. Tonia, delivered it with an apology for not being able to seat me properly, and she bought me the beer. This kind of attention to detail makes this a great place. Thank you for going above and beyond. I will be back!
