Now look here. I have no complaints about the food. The Tom Kha is my favorite. I’ve been going to this place from a long time ago. Actually this was my first time at the Silver Spring location. I was half hoping the service would be better than the Rockville location. To my surprise, or actually not to my surprise, service was just as bad. You’re in the hospitality business. Would it hurt so as much to put up a smile? The vibe straight out felt like they (or the one lady) was resenting seeing us there. Easily could have been a 4 star. Tips are mandatory or I wouldn’t have been so generous. Now that I think about it, very clever strategy. My last time there.
I have a severe gluten allergy, they always accommodate me, they add a gluten free sticker to make sure there’s no cross contamination. Great food, great service. Can’t thank them enough!
