Amici Italian Restaurant & Bar

It was an excellent experience. Everyone was very attentive and polite. If I could give hire then a 5 star rating I would. The Sangria wine, the food, the prices, the service and cleanliness were all excellent. I would recommend Amici’s in North Royalton to everyone.

Unbelievably terrible, slow service. We were one of only two tables with customers in the entire place. It took 50(!) minutes before our waitress came to take our order (although she served the other table several times during that time), and it was another 25 minutes after that before our food showed up. I ordered chicken parmesan on panini, what I got was chicken parmesan on a hamburger bun. The food was so salty that it was practically inedible. I couldn't tell you if it tasted good or not, all I could taste was salt. We won't be back.

Ordered through Doordash. Not the dasher fault that simple instructions are not followed by a restaurant. However, ordered linguine, when addressing the fact, I was also argued with that I was given linguine, clearly not. Nor was the extra sauce requested provided. I was asked to take a bite of my chicken because the breading absorbs the sauce. Also the chicken is described as flour dusted. There is no sauce at all, which is not described via menu. No matter how good the breading is, I asked for extra sauce and have no side or ounce of sauce with my $18 chicken dish. I was treated beyond rudely!! After spending $50 on two pasta dishes and 2 cannoli. If I could give zero stars I would! Just found a bonus fry embedded in my chicken. Classy!!
