American Tapas Bar

First time here and lovely experience. Great atmosphere, good live music, excellent food, and outstanding service. This place is definitely more about quality, rather than quantity, as everything was extremely flavorful and fresh. Some unique drinks on the menu too that were delicious like the apple pie moonshine. Will be returning and definitely recommend the bread pudding and lobster truffle mac & cheese!

We went to American Tapas to celebrate our Bach/Bachelorette and the restaurant was perfect!!! The service, food and staff went above and beyond for us and the live music even took requests of our song! Their cornbread is INCREDIBLE and their tapas menu is an endless food heaven. Don’t forget to order the crab cakes! Whether you’re looking for a date night spot, drinks with the girls or a large group or family gathering, we 10/10 recommend American Tapas Bar!!!

Wow! What a great find. Spent my entire Sunday afternoon drinking delicious wine and enjoying some of the best tapas in FTL. Highly recommend the mussels, cornbread, and pot roast. Everything we ate was delicious including our dessert which was fresh out the oven. Not usually a bread pudding fan but this one was noteworthy! Thank you to our wonderful server Alessandra for recommending the best dishes and giving us an incredible experience. We will definitely be back for dinner to experience the live music and entrees.
