Chinese takeout used to have good, fast and cheap food. Now it's just fast. General tso chicken was chewy and stringy, similar to other chinese restaurants in the area. Maybe it's the local supplier?
We have been ordering for a couple of years. Last night we ordered as usual. Not sure who the cook was, but best ever! The food has always been good. But last night your chef hit it out of the ballpark! Excellent! Actually beyond excellent! Thank you Amerasia! We love your service and food! We missed you so much when you were closed due to covid! keep up the great service! And to those who haven't tried Amerasia, please do! You have no idea what your missing!
