Delicious burgers! I tried the hawaiin burger and if you love pineapple/ham/cheese you will love it. My boyfriend had the jalepeño one and he said it was super good! Love that they have a shaded area + fans to sit and eat which is absolutely essential in Texas. Even have TV and games to make it a whole experience. Will definitely come back for more!

Finally tried Ambur Fire after hearing all the raving about it… it did not disappoint… BEDT Smash burger around Hutto/Round Rock area! We ordered the brisket burger, the NEW chicken sandwich and kids corndog meals and it was sooo good, the brisket is moist and delicious. brisket was on point! If you love bbq and a good burger this is your place! A hidden gem! I did have to wait 15-20min, but it was made to order and fresh!!! Well worth the wait. I saw a lot of complaints about waiting but I didn’t mind the wait. I sat in the back and relaxed in the fresh air while the kids ran around. The owners are great too!!! I will definitely be back!

Edit: we tried Ambur Fire again today, 9/12/22. A couple months ago the owner reached out and offered a gift card. It was much better and enjoyable this time. The owner was working and gave us a banana pudding to try also. I do wish they offered smaller burgers. 1/2 pound is just a bit too much for me and my son. Otherwise the customer service and taste were great! We decided to try Ambur Fire tonight and have to say we were incredibly disappointed. Fries were soggy with grease, burgers insanely soggy with grease. There was no line yet it somehow took 40 minutes to make 4 burgers. Insanely priced and while yes the burgers are big, they were almost too big and the flavor was just not there. I had high hopes because we have seen some great reviews for this place but it did not meet expectations. Edited to add: they asked for me to email them to discuss this issue and then when I did with the order name, order number and date, they never responded. I gave them several days to reply to the
