If you call in your order and they tell you 10-15 mins they really mean 20-30mins. Ordered my food when I was exactly 15 mins away and when I got there I had to wait an additional 10 Mins after being quoted 10-15! If I would’ve known it would take 20-30mins I would have went somewhere else! Complete waste of time
The worst! My review overall quality of service! Order pickup the fried rice was sour and the wings not crispy to order, return to explain. Please redo order! They refried my same wings to overcooked and the rice was still SOUR/SPOILED! This have been my wing spot for 2.5years but today you have lost a customer. The fact that you had a chance to correct the issue and still failed said enough for me!!!
The absolute worst customer service. I’ve bought wings here MULTIPLE times, I’ve had their honey medium wings BEFORE. I don’t know who was cooking tonight but my wings had no honey on them whatsoever. I can literally see the pepper all over my wings, and they’re so hot I can’t even eat them. When I called to ask for a refund 5 minutes after I left and got home the manager picked up, laughed, and then yelled at me saying that my order was right and that I was wrong. I offered to literally drive back up there and bring all my wings back and she refused. When I asked for the so called “manager’s” name she refused to give me her name after yelling at me. I called at 9:50 pm so whoever was on nightshift on 1/28/22 needs to be fired. I’ve worked in customer service and I could not even imagine speaking to a RETURN customer like this in my life. Never again, and I will be filing a complaint with my bank because my order was not correct and I offered to return the whole order while my boyfrien
