Amalgam Grill

Today was my first time trying this place. I ordered the surf & turf which came with ribeye steak, lobster, large grilled shrimp. broccoli and I got the potatoes. The steak, shrimp and lobster had a nice grilled taste. The steak and lobster were tender as well. I can't wait to try some of the other menu items, everything sounds so good.

The service is personable, food is extraordinary. Everything is made to order so your food is not sitting in some warming tray waiting to be served like other places. This requires you to be patient, but it so worth it. You will not be disappointed. I ordered the stuffed salmon with broccoli, asparagus, and side of Mac and Cheese. The Mac & Cheese never made it home; it was so delicious. I devoured it in the car. The salmon is cooked to perfection with skin that is crispy and well seasoned. The lump crab meat on top the salmon is creamy and the shrimp are meaty. Prices and portions are amazing too.

Favorite place to eat since I found it on DoorDash. My family and I have eaten here on multiple occasions. We try something new each time we order. The grilled oysters are the best thing in town!!! All the food is fresh, flavorful, and piping hot when delivered.
